Intended for:
For top and middle level managers of companies and organizations, whose daily task is to help teams and people adapt to changing conditions, adapt to crises, as well as implement change and transformation projects.
Challenge:
Rapid, ambitious and hard-to-predict changes are our everyday life. Such times.
Internationalization, new technologies, changes in business models, competition and megacrises create unprecedented tests for people and their leaders.
Team-leads, who only yesterday were specialists, find themselves in a new role as "the first of their kind" and lead multi-functional teams that have to implement projects important for the survival of the organization.
Experienced players manage people of different cultures, generations and value orientations, as well as radical (disruptive) innovation projects.
How to help colleagues when the organization faces an unfamiliar obstacle?
Finding an answer to this challenge requires answering more nuanced questions. What exactly should a leader do? How is leadership different from good management? How to overcome worries and doubts? How to recognize and deal with resistance to inevitable adaptation processes? How can a leader cope with the pressure and the demands placed on him?
We will find answers to these and other questions in the seminar "Leadership in times of crisis".
