We also process Personal Information as a Data Processor/Service Processor on behalf of our clients (please see "Master Training as a Service Processor" below).

- To enroll you in our training seminars and provide you with course materials and other information and materials that you request from us;

Master Training as a service provider


We collect and process personal information on behalf of our customers when providing services. In these circumstances, Master Training acts as a service provider and our customers remain the responsible entity for the Personal Information they provide to us or that we collect on their behalf. To the extent that we act as a service provider, we will process and use such personal information in accordance with the instructions of our customers and any contract with our customers. Master Training will use such personal information only for the purposes of providing the services for which clients have engaged us.

Our customers are responsible for ensuring that the privacy of these individuals is respected, including by notifying the individuals to whom personal information is transferred and processed in their privacy policies.

As a service provider, Master Training may share personal information when instructed by customers (the responsible organization). If authorized by the customer, we may also share Personal Information with third party service providers who work for Master Training and are subject to security and confidentiality obligations.  In addition, Master Training may provide Personal Information to comply with a subpoena, warrant or other court order, government authorities requesting the information based on lawful authority, or as otherwise required by law.

Where Master Training acts as a service provider, we will refer any individual's request for access to the Personal Information we hold relating to that individual to our customers, Master Training will not respond to the request directly.

Master Training will retain personal information processed on behalf of our clients for as long as necessary to provide services to our clients and in accordance with any contract entered into with our clients.

Personal information does not include information that has been aggregated or anonymized in such a way that it cannot be linked to an individual. We may anonymize and aggregate processed personal information in such a way as to ensure that individuals cannot be identified from it.
