Fire walking

Team building events culminating in walking on 500°C hot coals

Fire walking is an exercise in making decisions and overcoming your negative beliefs. It is an event after which the team will expand its limits of possibilities and create much closer bonds with each other. An event that will give the manager the opportunity to see the dynamics of the team, hidden positive and possibly negative leaders.

By crossing the fire and not getting burned, you will encounter and overcome your fear of the illusions created by the mind. During fire walking, participants change their belief patterns in one evening and this gives a big push to further development. Your team will be much more ready to push forward to reach new heights of results. In addition to the increase in personal motivation, the bonds and relationships between participants become stronger because they have walked through the fire together and supported each other in an event that has been special for each of them.

The duration and content of the event depends on the number of participants, and it is also adapted to the challenges and needs of the particular company. Generally, preparation for FIREWALKING involves mental exercises about making decisions, taking responsibility, and challenging one's comfort zone.  After firewalking, participants often take on higher goals and see new opportunities that would have been impossible before due to a negative thinking pattern, i.e. for fear.

TEAM Building

To:

  1. A newly formed team is starting its life or project cycle.

  2. The team, which will no longer talk to each other and in the new "normal" has slowly started to lose itself and people.

  3. For the working team, however, the remote work environment has created completely different living conditions, replacing the usual communication and interaction.

  4. For a team that needs a vision, a mission, a plan and new challenges.

  5. For a team that wants to celebrate their victories so they can start the next level of play.

In order to achieve the goals of the organization, it is important to understand whether its employees are just a group of people working under one roof and it is a friendly/unfriendly collective, or whether it is really a real work team. The basic question - what is a team and what indicators define it? If it really is a team, the leader should know at what stage of team development it is. Each of these stages has its own methods and tools, how to go towards the goal and achieve the result in a common way.

TEAM building.jpeg

Benefits:

  • A united team, newly formed or improved existing mutual relations, defined principles of communication and contact, ensuring the well-being of the working environment (wellbeing);
