Intended for:
For the management teams of organizations that are planning for the next period.
Challenge:
"What can't be measured can't be improved!" – the authorship of this insight is often attributed to both Lord Kelvin and Peter Drucker, and every manager who directs the development of the organization on a daily basis will be convinced of its truth.
However, measuring processes and setting goals is not easy. What exactly to measure and how? How to choose goals? What is the purpose of ssystem to use? How to set goals in "non-measurable" areas? How does the chosen goal system affect team structure and procedures? How to communicate goals to the team? How do "well-intentioned" goals tend to backfire?
We will look for answers to these questions in the workshops "Choosing goals: KPI and O+KR"
Benefits of the course:
The foundation has been laid for a more successful use of KPI and O+KR in 2024 planning with:
-
discussed the most common reasons for goal setting failures;
-
learned practical principles of implementing measurable goals;
-
for the initiated elements of the 2023 planning;
-
handy materials for knowledge repetition and maintenance.
